Around August 2005 it was announced that Butler has signed inside to star in "300," an adaptation of the Frank Miller graphic novel based on a valour of 300 elect Spartan warriors at a ancient battle of Thermopylae in Greece. Filming for "300," begins inside October in Montreal.
